Mario Alessiani is an industrial designer, born in 1989 in Teramo Abruzzo. Achieved the scientific maturity, he moved to Rome where he studied Product Design at the European Institute of Design (IED). During his studies he had the possibility to participate in courses and workshops and collaborated with internationally renowned companies such as Flamiania, Vista Lago. Since student he worked as a Junior designer in Giulio Patrizi then moved to London and started working with Jake Phipps, designer for Innermost, Thonet and Riva 1920, as well as owner of a brand of self-production with his own name. Back in Italy he founded his own studio and began working with companies like Hatria, Pharaoh, Offiseria and Slow / d . Mario Alessiani obtained several reviews on websites and trade magazines. His design is focused on “functionally beautiful” shapes depending on materiality, process and function.
